It's a big place and always very clean. I needed help paying with my debit card for the washer and the lady was very nice and patient. The people who go there keep it clean also.

Always clean. Friendly, helpful staff. I love being able to pay using my credit card and not a bunch of quarters. Plenty of machines to use.

Very nice wash house, always clean machines, work wonderfully. The wash workers are awesome. Friendly, always helpful. Every time I come, it's always a pleasant time.

Update: the staff here fix the issue she was fast and friendly she also call the owner who gave me a credit. For the friendly staff alone I have changed my review to five stars because they really did fix the problem once I told them what happened. Currently I am at the place. I went to use washer 8 and it let me all but 50 cent in it, then it wouldn't take the quarters. So I thought if I downloaded their app and tried to start the process through there it would correct itself. It didn't it charged my card and I still can't use the washer. So I'm out of 22 dollars. Then I had to use two eight dollars one so I'm really out of 40 dollars 😤 never coming here again then there is not staff on site to correct this issue. So I'm just out of money.

MegaWash KC has a device that cleans and disinfects the machines and I love this! Plus they have enough room for me to sort and fold. It's my go to spot! I have a lot of clothes and they have a lot of great machines!

First time here and was helped by Ashley. Amazing customer service and explained all the services perfectly! Will update after getting laundry back from drop off. Edit: Got my clothes back quickly and folded amazingly! Will be back!

This is the BEST laundry mat in ALL of Kansas City Missouri. It is always clean, the machine wash and dry amazing. The price is good and you definitely get your money's worth. The staff is awesome, they are friendly, the greet you and ask if you need help and check on you during you time there. If your looking for a place to wash this is the only one to go to. Andrea is so sweet and always so pleasant to be around. You rock Mega Wash of Gladstone.
